Dear Arthur, I didn’t know you but I feel like I do now, I have seen so many beautiful photos and videos of you but also some tragic and harrowing videos that haunt me. My heart breaks every time I think of the suffering that you went through and how helpless you were. You thought no one loved you but they did, you were just let down by so many. There were so many missed opportunities to save you and you deserved so much better. I hope you can see how much you are loved now and all I can hope is that things will change for the better and no more children will suffer the way that you did. Fly high little one, rest in peace xxx
